Make Some Speakers - Design Your Desk - Part 4

In the fourth part of our “Design Your Desk” series, we’re going to be looking into the creation of a set of speakers for your desktop (or laptop) that we created earlier.

We’ll be creating the main body of the speaker, the front cover, and both the woofer and tweeter from scratch. As well, we’ll texture the body of the speaker with a wood texture. Finally, we’ll make a plain, jet black speaker without the wooden case.

Create a Slick Macbook - Design Your Desk - Part 3

In this third edition of PSVibes’ “Design Your Desk” series, we’re going to be taking a look at the creation of a laptop in Photoshop. More specifically, the creation of a white Apple Macbook.

In the next edition of this series, we’re going to be creating a neat set of wooden speakers for your desk, so stay tuned. Part four should be out in about a week.

In part two of our seven part series called “Design your desk”, we’re going to be looking at the creation of your computer’s horsepower - The Tower - or in this case, an iMac. As usual, this tutorial will cover everything from drawing the basic shape, to shading and shadowing.
